For those who are joining the swimming programme:
If you had paid the $25 for the swimming classes earlier, you don't have to do so. If you have not paid and would like to enrol in the swimming programme, please submit the payment together with the reply slip.
For those who are not joining:
You are required to hand in the forms as well.
