Clarification on 4.7 & 4.8 being 2nd or 3rd Best Classes

Dear parents,

Some of you or your children may have mistaken 4.8 as 2nd best class and 4.7 as 3rd best class. This is not the case, just like this year, the standards of the children in 3.7 and 3.8 are on par.

4.7 & 4.8 consist of children being positions around 41 to 120.
We distributed these children randomly, thus 4.7 & 4.8 are considered the 2nd best classes.

In summary,
- 4.9 is the top class.
- 4.7 & 4.8 are the 2nd best classes.
- 4.1 to 4.6 are the mixed classes (there's no such thing as 4.1 being the last class, the children are all randomly distributed).

Hope this blog entry can clear your doubts :)

Cheers,
Mrs Boey
